We began trading second-hand phones in mainland China, grading by hand and selling to local dealers. That is where the grading standard came from — not from a manual, but from thousands of phones handled one at a time.

Hong Kong

A sales office on the export side.

As buyers from Southeast Asia grew, we opened a Hong Kong sales branch to handle export directly: documents, forwarder handover, and a single contact for overseas buyers. Hong Kong registered as GOODWELL TRADING HONG KONG LIMITED.

FAQ

What does Grade C and Grade AB mean?

Grade describes the body, never the function. Grade C has a cracked back glass with an intact screen — the cheapest grade for volume resellers. Grade AB has light cosmetic wear with a perfect screen, best for retail. Every grade passes the same 12 checks.

Is every unit tested?

Yes. Appearance, screen, battery and full function are checked per unit. A phone that fails any single check goes back to the supplier and never enters your carton.

What is the minimum order?

50 pcs per model and grade. FOB Hong Kong, priced in USD. We dispatch within 24 hours with a tracking number, via UPS, FedEx or your nominated forwarder. We do not promise an arrival date — transit is controlled by the carrier.

What is different about China-version units?

Dual physical SIM, no regional pop-up warnings, and the camera shutter sound can be silenced. This is the configuration buyers in Southeast Asia prefer.
