Terms, DoA policy and payment — GOODWELL Used iPhone Wholesale

1. DoA — dead on arrival

Every unit is tested across 12 points before packing. If a unit still arrives with a functional fault, we replace it. No argument.

Report within 7 days of delivery. Send the order number, the IMEI, a photo of the unit and a short video showing the fault. One message per affected unit.

Replacement, not refund. Faulty units are replaced in your next shipment. If you are not reordering, we refund those units at the invoice price.

Covered

Does not power on, or powers off by itself
Screen fault not consistent with the grade (dead area, no touch)
Camera, Face ID or charging port not working
Battery health materially lower than stated for the batch

Not covered

Cosmetic wear consistent with the grade you bought (this is what grade means)
Physical damage or liquid damage after handover
Damage caused by the carrier or by customs inspection
Units repaired, opened or modified after delivery
Software issues fixed by a restore or update

We do not offer an extended warranty beyond DoA. Used stock is sold as graded and tested. If a longer warranty matters to your market, tell us before the order and we will quote a graded batch with a higher battery threshold.

2. Payment

Currency: USD. Method: T/T (bank transfer).

We never ask for payment to a personal account. All payments go to the company account of GOODWELL TRADING HONG KONG LIMITED. If anyone sends you different bank details using our name, it is fraud — call the number on this site before paying.

3. Shipping

We dispatch within 24 hours of payment clearing and give you the tracking number the same day.

We do not promise an arrival date. Transit time and customs clearance are controlled by the carrier and by the destination authority, not by us. Anyone who guarantees a delivery date on used electronics is guessing.

Terms: FOB Hong Kong. Packing: foam trays, sealed cartons, carton labels, photos of the actual goods before dispatch.

4. Grading

Grade describes the body only. It never describes function — that is what the 12-point test is for.

5. Minimum order

50 pieces per model and grade combination. Mixed orders are fine; each line starts at 50.
