MOQ and FOB explained — what you actually pay
Two terms decide whether a wholesale quotation is workable: the minimum order quantity and the shipping term. Both are negotiable, but only if you understand what they cover.
MOQ (minimum order quantity)
Our MOQ is 50 pieces per model and grade combination. Not 50 pieces in total — 50 of one model in one grade. The reason is practical: phones are sorted and QC tested in trays of that size, and smaller runs do not cover the labour of individual testing.
- 50 pcs iPhone 11 Grade C = one MOQ
- 50 pcs iPhone 13 Grade AB = a separate MOQ
- Mixed orders are accepted, each line at 50
FOB Hong Kong
FOB means Free On Board. The price covers the goods plus everything needed to get them onto the vessel or aircraft at the Hong Kong origin — packing, carton labelling, export documentation and loading. From that point, freight and insurance are the buyer's side.
In practice, most of our buyers use their own forwarder in Hong Kong, or ask us to hand over to one we work with. We issue the tracking number within 24 hours of handover. Transit time is set by the carrier and by destination customs — we do not quote or guarantee an arrival date.
What is not included
- International freight and insurance
- Import duty and taxes in the destination country
- Local delivery from the destination airport
Payment
T/T in USD. First orders are usually settled before shipment; repeat buyers move to partial advance after a track record. We do not ask for card details, and we do not accept payment to personal accounts.
